Ways I can Support

Every service I offer through 2villages is rooted in my own journey as a caregiver and strengthened by professional training and certifications I pursued along the way. I’ve lived the day-to-day realities of raising a child with a disability and I’ve also studied, learned, and equipped myself with evidence-based tools to better support families like ours.

Whether you’re seeking emotional encouragement, practical strategies, or a way to connect with others who truly understand, you’ll find offerings here that meet you exactly where you are.

My approach is holistic because caregiving touches every part of life. That’s why 2villages supports not just caregivers, but also children with disabilities and their siblings; helping the whole family feel seen, supported, and connected. These services aren’t just about providing help; they’re about building a community you can lean on, a network where you belong.

Reaching Out

Parenting Coaching

Navigate the caregiving journey with personalized coaching and practical guidance. Our coaching is aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, meaning sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and centered on what matters most to you.

Together, we focus on helping you clarify your priorities, strengthen your confidence, and access the resources you need to build strategies you can actually sustain so you can make real progress toward your family’s goals.

Executive Function Support

Tailored support for challenges related to executive functioning skills like organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and follow-through. We believe autonomy grows when children are given the right tools, supports, and opportunities to practice.

Together, we identify what’s getting in the way and build practical strategies that help your child gain independence over time so they can build confidence, follow through on goals, and navigate daily life with more success and less overwhelm.

Adult Students

Educational Workshops

Gain practical insights, knowledge, and skills for your caregiving journey through virtual and in-person workshops. These sessions are designed to help caregivers feel more equipped and less alone by offering tools you can apply immediately, without overwhelm or shame.

Workshops are offered publicly and may also be scheduled by request for schools, parent groups, and organizations. Join our mailing list to receive updates on upcoming offerings.
